New Smyrna Beach Association Management serves the Association as an independent contractor and is contracted to perform the following tasks as outlined in the property management contract:

 

• HOA Management 4 hrs/week (Inspections, Drive-through, Owner Letters, Phone, Website)
• ARB (ArchitecturalReview) 2 hrs/week via Portal
• Board Meetings 4 hrs/Every other month: Zoom, Agenda, Board Packet, Posting, Minutes, Portal Upload etc.
• Annual Meeting 2 hrs/mth Includes Voter Check, Mailings, Voting Setup, etc. Check against property appraiser records
• Accounting Services AP/AR, Bank Recs, Financials (8 hrs/month) [AP Every Friday 3 hrs, AR Deposits 2 hrs, Financial 3 hrs]
• Technology Digital File Storage
